Now Hiring - HVAC Sales, Service & Maintenance technician in Boynton Beach, FL

Looking for a technician who is profitable & gives the customer an honest evaluation. Someone who understands what it costs to have a truck on the road & is not scared to be a technician and tell them what they need. We do not want a tech that tells a customer to put a compressor in a machine that is 14 years old and has their coils falling apart.
We like to train our technicians, as every company works differently.
We are looking for someone who is hungry and wants to work.
We are not looking for a clock puncher.
Someone who is looking at the whole situation and can give an honest recommendation to what is best for the customer.

We strictly work Palm Beach & Martin County.

What we expect from you:

A technician is someone who not only knows how to diagnose something correctly but has good customer service and is detailed in their paperwork, Knows how to cover themself.
Consistency is valuable. Someone who comes in on time, and stays till they are confident to leave knowing it is not going to go down after they leave.
